AEV 3.5" & 4.5" DualSport RS Suspension Lift Kit; Wrangler JK

The AEV DualSport RS Lift Kit truly delivers the best of both worlds! The AEV DualSport RS Suspension System has taken the off-road driving experience to a new level. With the addition of our AEV-tuned Bilstein 5160 Remote Reservoir Shocks and frequency-tuned Coil Springs, the AEV 3.5" / 4.5" DualSport RS Suspension Lift Kit brings OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket. Relying on factory engineering methods, we optimized the JK's control arms, track arms and steering. This is what gives AEV's Dualsport Suspensions much of their amazing cornering and braking characteristics. Coil spring tuning helps keep the JK balanced and in contact with the road, even on bumpy surfaces. Shock tuning focuses on damping suspension movement instead of trying to hide unwanted handling problems. The overall effect is that your Wrangler JK, with its newly installed DualSport RS Suspension remains comfortable, balanced and fun to drive.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For 4.5" Lift on 2012+ JK Unlimited

The new 3.6L Pentastar power plant on the 2012-2013 JKs changed the positioning of the stock Y-Pipe. When a lift kit is installed the clearance between the exhaust and the driveshaft is dramatically reduced and the risk of contact damage is greatly increased, especially when traveling in rough off-road terrain.

The aFe Mach Force XP Y-Pipe re-routes the exhaust to provide the necessary clearance to clear the drive shaft. It is recommended for 2012 and newer Jeep Wrangler JKs with 3.5" lift or higher, especially those used in extreme off-road conditions.

It is required for installation of 4" or higher aftermarket lift kits on 2012 and newer Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimiteds. The aFe Y-Pipe maintains the factory "Loop" to keep engine back-pressure equal.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: For 3.5"+ Lift on 2012+ JK Unlimited

If you have a 3.5" lift or taller, we highly recommend upgrading your rear swaybar as well. This sway bar by Hellwig Products is a shop favorite. It makes you more confident and more in control when taking turns or in the event that you have to make an emergency brake and swerve. It also removes all of the body sway you might experience when passing or getting passed by semi trucks/tractor trailers on the highway in your Jeep. It improves your ride in town, on the highway, and doesn't limit your Jeeps off-road capability when combined with sway bar disconnects.
