This kit is awesome, built just for my Recon. Easy bolt on no cutting or grinding or drilling. I finished installing it myself in about 6 hours. As soon as I finished installing it I ordered the filler plates now that I know the quality these guys use. Couldn't be happier

For my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock Rubicon, there was no drilling or cutting required at all. No pump relocation required either with the Warn VR EVO winch I installed.

The Maximums 3 winch plate went on as advertised. This combo didn’t require any cutting of the bumper for the fairlead. The vacuum canister also was able to stay in it’s original place without modifying the bracket. On a 2016 Hard rock bumper this is simply a bolt on job. With 2 people it’s less than a 2 hour job.
